Terms & Conditions

All orders are subject to these conditions unless otherwise agreed by the company in writing.

An order shall constitute an offer and acknowledgement of that order shall constitute acceptance of that offer.

Payment of 50% is required as confirmation of order, with the balance due on the day of delivery. Payment can be made by BACS, cash, or by all major credit cards.

Prices are listed in pounds sterling. The prices to be paid will be those in force at the time the customer places an order. However, the company reserves the right to alter the price of the goods in the event of changes to the cost to the materials, or to reflect any other changes to the cost to the company due to factors which are beyond our control, including changes in specification to the goods requested by the customer.

We have tried to ensure that all descriptions and sizes of our RainRooms are accurate, but as these items are handmade, no guarantee can be given.

With reference to the additional option of wood stain for our pine RainRooms, please note that colours are notoriously difficult to portray accurately due to several factors, including the equipment used to photograph and view them. When possible, you will be shown the available range of wood stains and finishes applied to samples of the woods we use.

Installation and delivery charges are not included in the price and will vary depending on circumstances. See separate tab.

Our RainRooms can be installed in different ways and the customer must confirm before we manufacture theirs how this is to be done, as the different options affect the construction. Whenever possible, a site visit before installation is advised to ensure that the area intended for use is suitable.

Delivery date will be advised at the time of ordering, but this will be given in good faith and cannot be guaranteed.

Our RainRooms should comply with permitted development rules as regards dimensions , but it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the proposed installation will be allowed by their local council planning department.
